We're dropping like flies here. Today it's my husband's turn. Well actually I'm a day behind in blogging. Yesterday was his turn. Yesterday he stayed home from work with a fever and a sore throat. I drove him to the doctor (just like any one of my other children). He has strep. Now is on antibiotics and is home again today.
Any guesses as to who will be next?
I am beginning to feel like a sitting duck.

I always laugh at how the illness sweeps through the house leaving Mom untouched (except for the extra burden of caring for the ill ones)until everyone is back to their usual bouncy, healthy selves and then, and only then, Mom gets it. Of course, I'm being pessimistic, Cookie. You might get lucky!
Oh no. Stay strong. Somehow I evaded sickness the last time it hit our house. I cold not believe I did not get sick but I didn't so there is hope.

Oh Cookie, Hope you are taking your Vitamin C tablet. George and I take 1000 mg's every single day. I think it helps---so try it if you don't already take one. Good Luck!!!!! Sounds like you are doomed.

i hear you--i so hate it when an illness runs rampid through the household. i hope you don't get strep!
Ick! Here's hoping you don't catch it. I wonder if there are any natural things that keep strep away -- lots of oranges? Good luck. Mom's not allowed to get sick, after all!
I know how you feel. I'm gone for most of the week. All of a sudden I see my family together on the weekend and they're all sick! Thank goodness I spend a lot of time away at work. Start chugging that orange juice.
