The other day my 8 year old was teasing my 6 year old. Finally my 6 year old had enough and said, "Stop it! I'm getting annoying!"
Like the good mom that I am, I chuckled. I'm pretty sure he meant to say that he was getting annoyed, but I didn't say anything.
In other news, I finally did it. I got my hair cut. 11.5 inches. I donated it to locks of love which is great because I found a swanky salon that gives a free hair cut when you donate your hair. I did the same thing 5 years ago. A $50 haircut for free! Well kinda for free. I have to wait another 5 years to get another free hair cut.

- I am a domestic goddess with 2 adorable angels who do everything they’re supposed to do. I vacation in the Bahamas on my own private island and sip Margaritas all day... Then I wake up and realize that I'm actually the maid, the gourmet chef, the chauffeur, the gardener, the butler, the banker, personal shopper and everything else my family needs. The Bahamas are actually the Seattle suburbs (at least no chance of a sunburn here!) but I still enjoy the occasional margarita. Sometimes it really is all about how you look at things ;)

My daughter and I have both done locks of love.
I really loved cutting all my hair off and donating it, but I'm not sure I'm willing to let it get that long again. It's too hot in Texas summers.
Do you feel as light as a feather? I love when you go from long to short and you feel like a whole different person (plus it seriously cuts down on styling time). It's a lovely thing to donate for Locks of Love.

It is so cute when the little ones use words like that. My friend Jerry posted a film on facebook with his little boy talking about being FRUS-tated. :)
What a wonderful thing to do! My friend has terrible cancer and has to wear a wig that is not real hair because of not enough being available. Thanking you for her.
my 8 year old gets his speech messed like that. i hate correcting him because it's so cute and i know he's going to grow out of it.
